senswork GmbH has released Neuralyze®, a vision AI software platform for industrial quality assurance, as a standalone product. senswork has used the underlying technology on its own production-line projects since 2019, and the company now sells it as a general-purpose tool rather than a one-off integration.
The platform splits into three components. Neuralyze® Desk handles data annotation, model training, and project management. Neuralyze® Core is the inference engine that runs trained models. Neuralyze® Edge deploys those models directly onto production hardware, such as embedded test systems, edge servers, or GPU workstations running multiple camera lines. Instead of writing rules for every possible defect, engineers show the system labeled examples of good and bad parts, and Neuralyze learns the distinguishing features on its own. The software covers classification, object detection, and pixel-level segmentation, and it can combine those models with conventional image-processing steps in a single hybrid pipeline. Engineers who need pixel-precise measurement rather than a simple pass/fail call will care about that segmentation mode, useful for both defect isolation and dimensional checks.
Neuralyze runs on TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX, and senswork built it to operate entirely on-premises, with no cloud connection, so training and inference data stay inside the customer's network. senswork says the software already runs on more than 1,000 systems across automotive, electronics, medical technology, and food production lines. "Vision AI is no longer a technology of the future; it has been running productively on production lines for years. The challenge lies not in model training, but in reliable implementation under real production conditions," said Markus Schatzl, head of the Innovation Lab at senswork.
senswork sells Neuralyze across three tiers. Universities and technical schools get a two-year, fully featured Neuralyze Desk license at no cost, an offer senswork says is already part of the curriculum at Bavarian AI technical schools. Manufacturers can test the full platform on their own data for 30 days with no automatic renewal, then step up to a one-time €7,000 license for unlimited commercial use, which adds technical support, offline operation, and one additional Explore license. Before any of that, senswork offers to analyze a manufacturer's own sample images for free, to judge whether a given inspection task is even a good fit for vision AI in the first place.
