KITOV.ai has integrated CMM-Manager, developed by QxSoft, as the GD&T engine inside its Core+ robotic inspection platform. The addition pairs the system's existing AI-driven defect detection with full ISO and ASME Y14.5 dimensional metrology, enabling inspection of all six sides of a complex part within a single automated cycle.

The Core+ platform already generated inspection paths from CAD models using AI, and used a hybrid approach combining classical 3D computer vision with deep-learning models to detect scratches, dents, discoloration, corrosion, assembly issues, and micro-cracks down to 50 µm resolution. What's new is the dimensional layer: CMM-Manager adds GD&T evaluation covering true position, flatness, profile, and perpendicularity, with fitting algorithms that carry PTB certification for accuracy.

The closed-loop workflow matters for production use. When KITOV.ai's AI flags a defect, the robotic system directs CMM-Manager's bright-field and dark-field vision to that exact location for high-resolution classification, precise measurement, and GD&T evaluation, all within the same pass. CMM-Manager's object-based, drag-and-drop interface eliminates text-based programming and supports multi-sensor workflows across vision systems, manual CMMs, portable arms, and CNC machines, covering both new and legacy equipment.

The integration is already deployed with aerospace, medical, and precision manufacturers, though KITOV.ai did not name specific customers.
