AMETEK Land's ImagePro V2 monitors and analyzes thermal imaging data from as many as sixteen infrared cameras at once, giving process engineers in steel, glass and power generation plants a single Windows interface for real-time temperature analysis rather than a separate viewer per camera.
The software supports up to 100 regions of interest per camera, defined as points, rectangles, ellipses, freeform shapes or profile lines, and generates profile line, histogram, trend and gauge graphs from that data. The current release, version 2.5.3, adds Dynamic ROI Tracking, which automatically adjusts a region of interest's position when a target or camera shifts slightly, keeping the measurement zone aligned without manual recalibration.
Engineers running continuous processes such as coil lines or glass forming, where minor vibration or product drift can throw off a fixed measurement zone, will care about tracking that corrects itself instead of forcing an operator to reset the ROI or risk a false reading.
The same release reworks the Image Player, adding virtual camera functionality so recorded thermal image sequences run through the same processing pipeline used for live feeds. That gives users the full ImagePro2 analysis toolset when reviewing archived footage instead of a stripped-down playback mode, which LAND says speeds up troubleshooting and process investigations. Version 2.5.3 also lets a single camera feed multiple live view windows at once, so an operator can watch separate points of interest on one imager without adding hardware.
ImagePro V2 ships with a 30-day fully featured trial. Once that period ends, the software reverts to a single-device thermal viewer with basic functionality unless a licence is activated, and LAND has added clearer connectivity feedback to that activation step. AMETEK Land positions the software across glass, hydrocarbon processing, minerals, power generation and steel operations, anywhere a site already runs LAND thermal imaging cameras and needs centralized analysis rather than per-camera viewers.
